I know this is off topic but My wife gave birth to Emily 8pounds 4 ounces on Tuesday, so finally somebody to cheer with me. She has already been to a Titans game as well we were in Nashville last september to see the Texans game on our vacation and she just found out she was pregnant.

Patriots are taking a rather unconventional route in finding O-line prospects......

(New England Patriots) announced the addition of offensive
lineman Jermail Porter.....
Porter was a heavyweight wrestler at Kent State, finishing sixth in the NCAA wrestling championships. He has a 119-43 career record, winning 29 consecutive matches as a senior. The 6′5", 310-pounder didnt play football in high school or college.

It's sad when the worst teams don't want the best the college draft has to offer due to the economics. even worse is when these best and brightest of the NFL's future can get corrupted by all that money and forget about the game, their responsibilities, and what's really important to them. I honestly believe the draft bust rate would be materially different if coaches/gms regained full autonomy of their personnel, and football decisions weren't dominated by financial concerns.

with the new leadership at the nflpa, a cap of some sort is coming -- it makes too much sense. The vets have seen enough, and at this point so have the fans, imo. It'll be interesting to hear how it plays out in CBA negotiations over the next several months.

I'd like to see the Titans go after Brown. He is talented and could really be our 2nd CB if Harper goes down. At the least, he could play Nickel. I know Fuller is there right now but I think Brown is better. I don't know how that would play out--considering we just signed Fuller to a pretty good contract. I have a bad feeling Harper won't be able to finish the season and I don't know that anyone else on the roster will be able to step up and fill in.

I think he could be had for a 4th round pick at this point--considering he is not happy in Philly and is making it public.

What fantasy league website do you use/like?

I'm the commissioner of a fantasy football league. It's a keeper league with pretty standard scoring.

We've been using CBS sportsline to run the league for about 10 years now. But their prices are just way too high for the mediocre service and options they offer.

I'm looking to move the league to a different website. Any suggestions?

we added weapons like britt,cook and ringer plus others for the offense which should help out quite a but but my question is this....

will the defensive performance drop off any or be about the same?

will we miss the production of big al a little bit or a lot?

we have a harder schedule this year too.....
